It’s Halloween Week at CEL Stuttgart and we are inviting all of our members to dress up in their favourite Halloween outfits on Friday 30th of October, when we are once again open from 10am – 12pm and 14:30-17:30.We have a lot of Halloween themed books still available to borrow – feel free to have a browse and get into the SPIRIT of things!!
